Mac McIntire has been in the training and organizational development field for over 30 years. He has done extensive consulting work with the gaming industry and Global 500 companies throughout the world. He has also worked with several government agencies on a variety of projects. Mac is a nationally recognized speaker on Team and Quality management issues. He is a former quality examiner for the U.S. Senate Productivity Awards. He has twice received the "Creative Trainer" Award from the American Society for Training and Development. Mac is the author of five books and a contributing author to four additional books. He has written numerous articles on how companies can create high-performing teams and raised productive output. His latest book and articles are available on his website. Mac is a native of Wyoming and earned his BA, Education, History, Journalism, Public Relations from BYU.
