CONTINGENCY  -  EXCLUSIVE - MULTIPLE - TRIBAL MEMBER

Traci McCarty & Associates gains an understanding of what you are seeking in both "hard" and "soft" skills. We then identify, assess, and recruit Corporate Officers, Board Members, C-level executives, and other senior talent that meet your requirements. 

 

  • All search options provide our clients and candidates with professionalism and confidence they are receiving quality service and valuable information to make good and informed decisions.
  • All of our Executive Searches are conducted on a national level to ensure best available candidates are presented..
  • Most all our searches require previous Native American business experience and there is a preference for Native American candidates.
  • Our fees are paid by the Client organization and are a percentage of the candidate’s first year’s base salary.
  • Industry average fees for Executive Search firms usually range between 30% and 35% of the selected candidate's first year's salary. Many search firms add operational expenses, travel and other add-on fees. We do not.
  • We recruit from many sources including a data base of more than 34,000 people.

Search Fee Options:

  1. Contingency Fee - 20% –  Fee is paid to TMA - ONLY if and when you hire a qualified candidate presented by TMA. Qualified Candidate means the candidate has not knowingly presented themselves, directly or indirectly, to you within the past three (3) months.  We also provide additional “value added services” including assistance with Job Descriptions and more.
  2. Exclusive Fee - 18% -  This option requires use of our firm exclusively for a reduced fee from 20% to 18%. Client agrees to use TMA exclusively for the search project. This typically requires a critical time frame for placement and/or confidentiality by reducing exposure to the industry. All candidates, from any source, are processed through our extensive Executive Search process for effective evaluation of candidate and their skills. 
  3. Tribal Member Search – $10,000. We process your candidates through our system. This removes  “politics” from the process and helps ensure you hire the best qualified person for the position - enabling success for your businesses...  and your community.
  4. Multiple Placements – We also offer “Quantity Placement” fees that are negotiated on an individual bases for “Openings” and other “bulk- hire” projects.
TMA Executive Search Services Include:
  • TMA phone or on-property meeting with your hiring committee, prior to starting the search process.  If the meeting is on your property, the travel is paid by TMA.
  • Comprehensive design and review of job description
  • Professional presentation of Candidates (biography & resume) -  our goal is 3 to 5 qualified candidates presented to you within 7 working days
  • TMA provides written interview questions and rating forms for your use
  • Assistance with negotiation and hiring of selected Candidate
  • 30-60-90 day communications with our client and the hired candidate, to support the transition
Search Fee:
  • The search fee is based on the hired candidate’s annual salary only - NOT on the bonus, benefits or other compensation.
  • The search fee is due with in 10 days of the candidate’s start date
